Teaching functional and life skills
Health maintenance- We assess our students weekly and help parents who have children with medical conditions with information about their medication , side effects etc
Disease prevention through daily hygiene teaching and practice
Family and student support: supporting parents with info on how to help children with special needs and medical conditions they don’t understand. JPOH teachs them about medication administration and the importance of medication adherence.
Program Summary: Junior’s Place of Hope operates a special education school in Sierra Leone that provides individualized education and support to children with autism and other special needs.
