Mission: To address the health and socio-economic challenges affecting adolescent girls, vulnerable women, and children through inclusive, sustainable, and accountable strategies.

Vision: To empower communities, particularly women and children, by improving health outcomes and promoting sustainable environmental practices.

Focus Areas: Maternal and newborn health, adolescent guidance, and environmental protection, with an emphasis on accessible healthcare and sustainable land management.

Program Summary: CASD implements grassroots projects to improve maternal and newborn health, such as the Expanded Access to Ultrasound during Pregnancy Project and the Paternity Clinic. They also enhance sexual and reproductive health access for adolescent girls through the Girls’ Choice Ice-cream Project. Additionally, CASD focuses on environmental sustainability, including climate change awareness, reforestation, and sustainable land management practices, benefiting over 70,000 women and girls in Cameroon.
